A Month-Long Celebration of Local Flavour

Pour and Explore is an annual, month-long festival that shines a light on the incredible venues, drinks, and people of the Hastings. Every June, locals and visitors alike are invited to sip, savour, and support their way through a packed calendar of flavourful fun.

Brewed in the Hastings

Born from a local’s love for hospitality, Pour and Explore was dreamed up by Lachie, long-time Port Macquarie local and Venue Manager at Finnians Tavern. With years in the industry, Lachie knew the region’s venues deserved a moment in the spotlight — and so, this festival was born. His mission? Bring the community together and celebrate what makes our region unique: good people, great drinks, and unforgettable experiences.
