Sherwin is known for his knowledge of different spirits, mixers, and other cocktail ingredients, as well as his ability to craft unique and flavorful beverages, using flavor profiles, Sherwin will teach you to create different tastes and textures as well as learning the science of cocktails. You’ll then get the thrill of making your own cocktail with guidance and feedback along the way, then, of course, you’ll drink your creation! and have all the taste testers along the way. After your lesson and sips have been completed in the cocktail class, you will be seated to enjoy our feast menu. The menu takes food from around the world, primarily Asia and America.
